When the world is going through a pandemic you also have to stay at home and keep yourself safe. But staying in self-isolation or lockdown for a long time may affect your mental health and it’s quite boring, isn’t it? But if you know how to keep yourself calm and healthy, ways to utilise your time in learning and in a creative manner, you will surely get self-satisfaction and more confidence with new achievements, But unfortunately, if you are wasting your time without knowing that you could make a new you by using this opportunity in the right way then this blog is for you, give your 5 minutes here and follow the things I have written for your help –
– LEARNING NEW hobbies and skills like learning how to use an old instrument which is been useless in your home, decorate your home with your idea and creativity, try new creative ideas, art styles are great ideas. This will give you freshness and new good vibes.

– POLISHING YOUR SKILLS, this is forever time worthy and also satisfying work which will keep you in learning n creative process.
STUDY! Read books, write your thoughts and what things make you happy, learn new languages or go with your syllabus and when you follow this, you will see improvement in you and you will proud new yourself when you step out of your home.

– KEEP CHECKING ON YOURSELF and your family, spend your time with them, it will give you positive energy and good vibes. Start your day with good thoughts, stay fresh. Why you don’t try new looks at home? Yes! Because if you stay messy you don’t get the energy to do anything new. Stay asking yourself if you are ok or not and what’s bothering you and what is its solution.

– ADD HEALTHY WORKS in your daily routine. Start your day with meditation and yoga, these will help you to remove mental detox.
This is the thing you really need at this period. Do some exercises to keep yourself active and fit. Eat healthy food, improve your immunity, this is really really important!
–SOCIAL MEDIA IS NOT THE MEDICINE! Don’t waste your time in social media. This is the thing I had also regret doing. So don’t pass the whole day scrolling the social media pages because these things are only for free time not for wasting your whole day. If you give all of your time to it, you will find you have done nothing whole day.

Think positive and Keep sharing positivity. Keep in touch with your friends and family. Don’t let your head to overthink about the things which are not in your hand. This time shall pass.
